- Meeting with Owner to review

Design Selection and Development


- Complete selected floor plan.


- Develop exterior elevation views     
   based on Owner selected floor
   plans.


Drawings for Budget Pricing


Plans created with:

     - General Dimensions

     - Notes on plans and elevations

     - Framing notes


Plans to be used to obtain pricing from Owner slected General Contractor.


Finalize Construction Drawings


Finalize plans for construction use:

     - Floor Plans

     - Exterior Elevations

     - Foundation Plan

     - Framing Plans


General Contractor to use plans for building permit submittal and construction.


Construction Coordination


Interface with General Contractor for questions during construction


Additional services include Document/Drawing revisions for:

     - Owner changes

     - Unforseen conditions after design

     - Building official requests

     - Affidavits
